AN ACT EXEMPTING MAPLE PRODUCTS FROM REGULATION AS A
COTTAGE FOOD PRODUCT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to exempt maple 1
products from being subject to regulation as a cottage food product. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt maple products from being subject to regulation as a
cottage food product.
