AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE'S CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-37t of the general statutes be amended to (1) require 1
the state's consolidated plan for housing and community development 2
set forth the state's specific geographic housing development and 3
housing resource allocation goals based on opportunity mapping and 4
regional affordable housing allocations and report on progress made 5
toward such goals in the previous five years, and (2) consolidate 6
existing housing data collection requirements and ensure that all 7
relevant state agencies report housing data in order to assess progress 8
toward meeting such goals. 9
Statement of Purpose:
To specify certain fair housing goals in the state's consolidated plan for
housing and community development and to report progress made
towards such goals.
