AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the reimbursement 1
rate for ambulance services to increase in alignment with Medicare 2
cost-of-living adjustments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the reimbursement rate for ambulance services to increase
in alignment with Medicare cost-of-living adjustments.
