AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID SCHOOL -BASED CHILD HEALTH
PROGRAMS' CLAIMS BILLING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require school districts that 1
seek federal Medicaid reimbursement through the Medicaid school- 2
based child health program to utilize the claims billing service offered 3
by the Department of Administrative Services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To implement a cost-savings measure for municipalities who have
Medicaid school-based child health programs.
