AN ACT CONCERNING THE POLICE AND PROCEDURAL JUSTICE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to adopt reforms to ensure 1 
that individuals have a sense of fairness of the process and about how 2 
they were treated after engaging with the police or the justice system.  3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To ensure that individuals have a sense of fairness of the process and 
about how they were treated after engaging with the police or the 
justice system.
