Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to improve anti-harassment 1
training of employees and increase penalties for employers that fail to 2
protect employees from harassment at work. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To improve anti-harassment training of employees and increase
penalties for employers that fail to protect employees from harassment
at work.
