AN ACT CONCERNING RECIPIENTS OF UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 567 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
recipients of unemployment compensation to verify that they are 2
actively seeking employment. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that only unemployed persons who are actively seeking
employment are receiving unemployment benefits.
