Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure per diem 1
compensation equity for state board of mediation and arbitration 2
arbitrators. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure per diem compensation equity for state board of mediation
and arbitration arbitrators.
