AN ACT CONCERNING THE LABELING OF FLAME RETARDANT CHEMICALS IN INFANT AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require that any infant or 1 children's product that is sold to the public be clearly labeled to 2 indicate to the purchaser that the product does or does not contain 3 flame retardant chemicals. 4 Statement of Purpose: To require infant and children's products to be labeled to indicate if the product contains flame retardant chemicals.
