AN ACT CONCERNING REGIONAL EXERCISES ON EMERGENCY
RESPONSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 517 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, in 2
conjunction with the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association, to conduct 3
a joint regional exercise on responding to major emergencies at least 4
once every two years. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require a joint regional exercise on responding to major
emergencies at least once every two years.
