AN ACT CONCERNING CROSSING CONTROL ARMS MOUNTED ON
SCHOOL BUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 14-275 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require that the crossing control arm mounted on the right 2
end of the front bumper of a school bus be florescent. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the visibility of the crossing control arm mounted on a
school bus and reduce the risk of injury to children.
