AN ACT CONCERNING SAFETY REFORMS FOR LIMOUSINES AND
LARGE PASSENGER VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the 1
operation of remanufactured limousines and to reform the laws 2
concerning the operation of limousines and large passenger vehicles to 3
ensure such vehicles are safely operated in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the operation of remanufactured limousines and ensure
the safe operation of limousines and large passenger vehicles in the
state.
