AN ACT CONCERNING THE DURATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
OPERATOR'S LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To amend sections 14-41 and 14-41a of the general statutes to 1
authorize the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue a motor vehicle 2
operator's license for a period of eight years, rather than six years. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the Commissioner of Motor Vehicle to issue a motor vehicle
operator's license for a period of eight years.
