AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL FEES FOR VETERANS'
CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt veterans charitable 1
organizations from the annual payment of a fee to the Secretary of the 2
State. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt veterans charitable organizations from paying an annual
fee to the Secretary of the State.
