AN ACT CONCERNING STANDARDIZED TEACHER PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 167a of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
standardized pension amounts for teachers, based on years of service 2
rather than annual salary. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To set standard amounts for teacher pensions, based on years of
service rather than annual salary.
