AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE STEERING
COMMITTEE CONCERNING THE STATE'S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS
PORTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the 1
recommendations of the telecommunications systems executive 2
steering committee submitted in accordance with special act 18-17. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To make it easier for businesses to register, file and access permits and
information online.
