AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSERVATION AND LOAD
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND THE INSTALLATION OF HEAT PUMPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-245m of the general statutes be amended to add 1
installation of heat pumps to the programs included in the 2
Conservation and Load Management Plan. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To add installation of heat pumps to the programs included in the
Conservation and Load Management Plan.
