AN ACT LEGALIZING THE PRODUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HEMP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To amend the general statutes to legalize the cultivation, possession, 1
transportation, processing and sale of hemp and hemp products, 2
subject to the limitations of the 2018 Federal Farm bill. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To legalize the production of industrial hemp.
