AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF EXTERIOR INSULATION AND
FINISH SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of exterior 1
insulation and finish systems that are made of polystyrene. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit exterior insulation and finish systems that consist of
polystyrenes.
