AN ACT CONCERNING THE CAPACITY, MANAGEMENT,
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR WASTEWATER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide funding to 1
municipalities for the cost of utilizing and integrating the 2
Environmental Protection Agency's wastewater industry accepted 3
practices framework program known as capacity, management, 4
operations and maintenance (CMOM). 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to municipalities for the cost of integrating the
capacity, management, operations and maintenance wastewater
program of the Environmental Protection Agency.
