AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES THAT
PROVIDE STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE TO
EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit for 1
businesses that provide student loan repayment assistance to their 2
employees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide student loan debt relief by establishing a tax credit for
businesses that provide student loan repayment assistance to
employees.
