Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the state convey any parcel of state land that is more than fifty 1 acres and less than sixty acres and that has been unused by the state 2 for at least five years, to the town where such parcel is located, for fair 3 market value. 4 Statement of Purpose: To permit towns to purchase and use state properties of a certain size that have been unused for many years.
