AN ACT CONCERNING MA NUFACTURING AND TECHNOLOGY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Board of Regents for Higher 1
Education shall conduct a study relating to manufacturing and 2
technology issues in the state. Not later than November 25, 2019, the 3
board shall submit a report of the results of such study to the joint 4
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 5
matters relating to higher education and employment advancement, in 6
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Board of Regents for Higher Education to study issues
