General Assembly Substitute Bill No. 7027

AN ACT CONCERNING PO ST-SECONDARY EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education 1
shall conduct a study relating to post-secondary education in the state. 2
Not later than January 1, 2020, the office shall submit a report, in 3
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 4
on the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the 5
General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher 6
education and employment advancement. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
