AN ACT CONCERNING MINIMUM WAGE FOR TIPPED EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
employers to pay tipped employees the full state-prescribed minimum 2
wage in addition to tips by the year 2025. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require employers to pay tipped employees the full state-prescribed
minimum wage in addition to tips by the year 2025.
