AN ACT ALLOWING EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT OF STATE
AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT K9S.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow emergency medical 1
services providers to provide emergency medical treatment to a law 2
enforcement K9. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow law enforcement K9s to receive emergency medical
treatment.
