AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPORTING OF THE TRIENNIAL AUDIT
OF STATE CONTRACTING AGENCIES BY THE STATE
CONTRACTING STANDARDS BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4e-6 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Contracting Standards Board to submit its triennial audit 2
compliance report of state contracting agencies to the joint standing 3
committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 4
relating to the state contracting agency that is the subject of such 5
report, appropriations and the budgets of state agencies and 6
government administration. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To require the State Contracting Standards Board to submit its
triennial audit compliance report of state contracting agencies to
certain legislative committees.
