AN ACT CONCERNING CO NSUMER PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2020) The Commissioner of 1
Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the 2
provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes, regarding consumer 3
protection. 4
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 January 1, 2020 New section

To adopt regulations regarding consumer protection.
