Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2019) The Board of Regents for Higher 1 Education shall conduct a study relating to student access to academic 2 advisors at institutions within the Connecticut State Colleges and 3 Universities. The study shall include the ratio of academic advisors to 4 students at each institution.
