AN ACT CONCERNING MA NUFACTURER NEEDS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Economic 1
and Community Development shall conduct a study relating to the 2
needs of manufacturers in the state. Not later than February 1, 2020, 3
the Department of Economic and Community Development shall 4
submit a report of the results of such study to the joint standing 5
committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6
relating to commerce, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-7
4a of the general statutes. 8
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section

To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community
