CONSTITUTION TO ALLOW FOR DIRECT INITIATIVE AND
REFERENDUM.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state be amended to grant to the 1
residents of the state the power of direct initiative and referendum. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit direct initiative and referendum.
