RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT PERMITTING NO -EXCUSE ABSENTEE VOTING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state be amended to permit any 1
qualified elector to, regardless of reason, cast an absentee ballot instead 2
of appearing at a polling place on the day of an election. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that an elector satisfy a particular reason,
specified by law, in order to cast an absentee ballot.
