RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE
CONSTITUTION TO PERMIT VOTING DURING SPECIFIED PERIODS
PRIOR TO THE DAY OF AN ELECTION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article sixth of the Constitution of the state be amended to 1
allow electors to vote prior to the day of an election, provided the 2
period to so vote shall begin on the fifteenth day and end on the fourth 3
day prior to the day of such election. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow voting prior to the day of an election during specified
periods.
