RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
ALEXANDRA D. DIPENTIMA OF SOUTH KENT TO BE A JUDGE OF
THE APPELLATE COURT AND A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Alexandra D. DiPentima of South Kent to be a Judge of the 2
Appellate Court and a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for a term 3
of eight years from May 13, 2019, is approved and confirmed, and she 4
is appointed a Judge of the Appellate Court and a Judge of the 5
Superior Court for said term. 6
