RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
JOSHUA KAHAN AND REM ANDING THE CLAIM TO THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER FOR A H EARING ON THE MERITS .
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23225 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2
in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Joshua Kahan, is vacated and 3
the claim is remanded to the Claims Commissioner for a hearing on 4
the merits of the claimant's negligence claim against the state. 5
