RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF MICHAEL E.
POHL OF MANCHESTER T O BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF
PARDONS AND PAROLES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Michael E. 1
Pohl of Manchester, to be a full-time member of the Board of Pardons 2
and Paroles, to serve for a term coterminous with the term of the 3
Governor or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, 4
whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed 5
said member for said term. 6
