That the memorandum of agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut and the Connecticut Employees Union Independent, 2
SEIU, Local 511, submitted to this assembly May 3, 2019, for approval, 3
as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general statutes, is 4
approved. 5
