AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM FAIR WAGE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 31-58 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1 minimum fair wage to fifteen dollars per hour. 2 Statement of Purpose: To establish a minimum wage of fifteen dollars per hour in the state.
