AN ACT ADJUSTING FEES FOR OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES,
CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce all existing fees for 1
initial occupational licenses, certifications and registrations by seventy-2
five per cent and increase existing fees for renewals of such licenses, 3
certifications and registrations to account for the lost revenue. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce all existing fees for initial occupational licenses,
certifications and registrations by seventy-five per cent and increase
existing fees for renewals of such licenses, certifications and
registrations to account for the lost revenue.
