AN ACT RESTORING ELECTORAL PRIVILEGES TO FELONY 
CONVICTS WHO ARE ON PAROLE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to restore the 1 
electoral privileges of convicted felons who have been released from 2 
confinement in a correctional institution but who may not have been 3 
discharged from parole. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To restore the electoral privileges of convicted felons who are on 
parole.
