AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEALTH INSURANCE OPTION
AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE
EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
public health insurance option available through the Connecticut 2
Health Insurance Exchange. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a public health insurance option available through the
Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange.
