AN ACT REQUIRING RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE TO ACQUIRE AND
MAINTAIN HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require residents 1
of this state to acquire and maintain health insurance coverage. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require residents of this state to acquire and maintain health
insurance coverage.
