AN ACT REDUCING THE TIME FRAME FOR URGENT CARE 
ADVERSE DETERMINATION REVIEW REQUESTS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to reduce the time 1 
frame for urgent care adverse determination review requests from 2 
seventy-two to forty-eight hours. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To reduce the time frame for urgent care adverse determination review 
requests from seventy-two to forty-eight hours.
