AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OR SALE OF GOODS OR BUILDING
MATERIALS CONTAINING ASBESTOS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use or sale of 1
goods or building materials that contain asbestos. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the public's health by banning asbestos.
