AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAXIMUM TERM OF IMPRISONMENT
FOR A MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the 1
maximum term of a imprisonment be reduced from one year to three 2
hundred sixty-four days. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To cause fewer deportations.
