AN ACT REINSTATING FILM AND DIGITAL ANIMATION
PRODUCTION TAX CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to reinstate film and 1
digital animation production tax credits to attract film and digital 2
animation production to the state, thereby generating more job 3
opportunities in a growing and lucrative industry. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate film and digital animation production tax credits to attract
new business in a growing sector to the state.
