AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAIN STATION AREA IN THE CITY OF
STAMFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to halt the one-hundred-1
million-dollar parking garage project in the city of Stamford until such 2
time as a public-private partnership model is used to create a 3
comprehensive development plan for the entire train station area in 4
the city of Stamford. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a comprehensive plan to develop the entire train station
area in the city of Stamford.
