AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A COMMUNITY
WELL, SEPTIC SYSTEM AND PAVED ROAD IN THE PAUCATUCK
EASTERN PEQUOT RESERVATION IN NORTH STONINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Economic and Community Development for the 5
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid for the construction of a 6
community well, septic system and paved road in the Paucatuck 7
Eastern Pequot reservation in the town of North Stonington. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the construction of a community well, septic
system and paved road in the Paucatuck Eastern Pequot reservation in
the town of North Stonington.
