AN ACT OPENING THE STATE EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE
PLAN TO SMALL BUSINESS EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 67 of the general statutes be amended to enable small 1
business employees in this state to enroll in the group hospitalization 2
and medical and surgical insurance plan or plans procured by the 3
Comptroller for state employees. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To enable small business employees in this state to enroll in the state
employee health insurance plan.
