AN ACT CONCERNING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION EMPLOYEE
STATE FLEET VEHICLE USE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit a nonprofit 1
organization employee performing services pursuant to a state 2
contract to use a state fleet vehicle for secondary purposes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To grant flexibility to nonprofit organizations with state contracts.
